Located on the eastern side of the island at the foot of Nevis Peak elevated about 1,500 ft above sea level. Zetland Plantaion Inn was constructed in the 1970s. It has been a very successful historic hotel up until Hurricane Hugo in 1989 when it was destroyed. Since then in 2012 the hotel was under reconstruction and restoration. Most of the buildings are up to approx. 60% - 80% completed before the new owner passed away. All plans are available for completion which will no doubt bring it back to it's glory days.
