This house is situated in a quiet area of the resort, near the reception, where parking is available nearby (subject to availability). The modern, family-friendly decor and the excellent location make this house the right place for your holiday stay in Albufeira-Algarve. Accommodates up to 6 people (ideal for 4 adults + 2 children). The house is located on the ground floor of a single-storey building with several houses. It consists of: living and dining room with sofa bed, full kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them equipped with 2 single beds together, making a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. It has a covered terrace, connected to the living room, where you can have all your meals. The communal garden in front of the terrace can be used for sunbathing or enjoying some outside grills. In the living and dining room there is a cozy area to relax with sofas, one of which is a bed, an LCD TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi internet and a dining area with table and chairs. In the room there is also a terrace with table and six chairs where you can enjoy a drink on warm summer evenings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, from ceramic hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher and utensils for 6 people. The bathrooms have a bathtub and a hairdryer. The water is heated by an electric water tank. For your safety, the home have first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. For your convenience, the house has iron and ironing board, bed linen and bath for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days), vacuum cleaner, broom and shovel. This house has a privileged location as it is close to the city center and the beach, as well as services such as ATM (20m), supermarket (50m), restaurants and cafes (50m), public hospital (800m), main bus station (1500m), urban bus stop (50m). The apartment is also at 1800m from the famous Historic Center of Albufeira, where some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve are located, bars and nightclubs for all tastes and entertainment all year round. To guaranty your reservation is required a 30% down payment by bank transfer or credit card, the remaining 70% are paid by bank transfer or credit card up to 30 days before check in. A deposit of 400 is required to cover any damage or any dirt above normal. This deposit is payable in cash on the day of entry or by credit card up to 14 days before the check in date. This 400 deposit is returned on the checkout date if paid in cash, or up to 7 days after check out in case paid by credit card. Check-in - From 15: 00h / Check out - until 10: 00h.
