Ski in / ski out chalet located in Morzine with views of the surrounding forest and mountains. The chalet is and 1.5km from the centre of Morzine and is nestled just above the Nyon ski lift with the free ski bus stopping at the foot of the chalet. The property has its own private stairs that drop you out at the doors to the lift building and you can ski back to within 150 metres from the top of mountain at around 2000 metres in altitude down to the chalet at around 1000 metres. The area is also fantastic in the summer with the impressive Nyon waterfall, mountain biking tracks and excellent walking trails. The inerior comprises a living room with fireplace and large windows allowing in plenty of natural light leading onto a sunny south west facing balcony, a kitchen, a mezzanine level with dining area, 3 en suite bedrooms, a room with bunk beds, 2 further bedrooms, a laundry room, boiler room and ski/boot room. Some of the bedrooms have balconies. Additionally there is a decent storage area that can also double up as a further bedroom if needed as it has a bathroom. A large terrace with hot tub stretches across the front of the chalet and opens up to a small garden area to the side.
