The property is located in the Buena Vista bay in the area of the village Cayo Quemado, Livingston, Izabal. It can be reached by boat from Rio Dulce/Fronteras, as well as from Livingston, in about 30 minutes.
The plot is natural, with palms, trees and bushes. There is a small house on the shore, whose foundation (on stilts) can be used to build a new house or a bathing platform. It is one of the few water front plots on the Río Dulce that is located in an elevated position.
